The founder of A-1 Fence Company grew up in Duluth, Minnesota where he initially became involved with the fence industry. Starting as a young teenager, Jim spent years working for different fence companies and learned the best practices in the industry. In 1994, he decided to take a risk and start A-1 Fence Company.
